BOZI.APP is a CRM and lead management platform for Thumbtack service professionals. Our Service provides:

• Real-time notifications for new Thumbtack leads
• Centralized dashboard for lead management
• Integration with Thumbtack via OAuth 2.0
• Analytics and performance tracking

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use BOZI.APP, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Have a valid Thumbtack account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Thumbtack Integration

By connecting your Thumbtack account:

• You authorize us to access your Thumbtack data via their API
• You agree to Thumbtack's Terms of Service
• You understand we will receive lead and message data
• You can disconnect your account at any time

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 You Agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use automated tools to scrape data

6. Subscription and Fees

6.1 Pricing

Subscription pricing will be communicated before you sign up. We may offer free trials or promotional pricing.

6.2 Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You authorize automatic charging of your payment method
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

BOZI.APP and all related content are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your business data. By using our Service, you grant us a license to use this data solely to provide the Service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

9. Service Availability

9.1 Uptime

We strive for reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service.

9.2 Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of data from Thumbtack

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOZI.APP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Issues arising from Thumbtack's API or service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BOZI.APP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through account settings.

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse or misuse the Service

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
